At the centre of Berghuus is the historic dining room (Arvenstube) “Ustereia", which was preserved in its original form. Here our internationally renowned chef, Fadri Arpagaus, treats you to local dishes, as well as a taste for the big wide world.
Recipes from three different continents
Fadri learned his trade in Europe, Asia and in the US. Now he combines international dishes with classics from Bündnerland, the Grisons region.

Reservation for lunch
From the piste straight to lunch:
In winter we offer two lunchtime reservation rounds, at 11.30 am and 1.30 pm.
A table reservation for the same day is possible until 10:00 am.

We are happy to serve you our evening menu from 6 pm. For dinner, please make a reservation in advance. We look forward to taking your order by 7.30 pm at the latest.

Fine aged cheese, seasonal vegetables and herbs are sourced directly in front of the house, or at most a few valleys away.
